Privacy and file retention.

Your files
- Uploaded PDFs are stored in private object storage in the United States. They are never served from a public URL and never appear in search results.
- Result pages use unguessable links, are marked noindex, and are not linked from anywhere public.
- Unpaid uploads are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. Paid jobs, including the repaired file and report, are deleted 30 days after delivery. Records of the order (without files) are kept for accounting.
- You can request earlier deletion by replying to any email from us.
- Analysis runs on our own serverless functions. We do not send your document to a third-party API for checking. If a repair would require processing by an external tagging tool, we name the tool and ask for your permission first.
Analytics
We measure the funnel with first-party events (page visit, upload started, check completed, quote shown, payment, delivery) stored in our own database with a random visitor identifier. Document text and file names are never included in analytics. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising pixels on this site.
We only ask for an email address to send you results, a quote or a delivery link. Marketing consent is a separate, unchecked box and can be withdrawn by replying to any message.

Cookies
Two first-party cookies: a random visitor id for funnel measurement and, for staff only, a signed operator session. A theme preference may be stored in local storage. No cross-site tracking.
