The free check

The free check is an automated diagnostic. It reports what can be detected in the file structure and lists items that need human review. It is provided as-is and is not a certification of conformance with any law or standard.

Paid remediation

• Each order covers the document, page count, price, standard and delivery date shown on the offer you accepted.
• We preserve your content and agreed design. Necessary visual changes are approved with you first.
• Delivery is by private link. The repaired PDF is yours to use without any ongoing fee.
• One correction round for defects within the agreed scope is included, requested within 30 days of delivery. Changes to source content are new work.
• If we cannot deliver the agreed scope by the agreed date, you may cancel for a full refund of that order.

Files we may decline

Scanned or low-quality files, complex charts or mathematics, fillable forms, protected or signed files, and files outside the stated page range may be quoted separately or declined. No charge is made unless you accept a quote.

Limitations

We deliver files remediated to the stated standard and a report of the checks performed. We do not guarantee the outcome of any audit, complaint or legal proceeding. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Invoices are issued automatically.
